Abraham Rego
Business Development Manager
Abraham has been a fixture of the real estate scene in the Central Valley for decades, thanks to his parents' involvement in the industry. This enabled him to get an excellent education in the art of buying and selling homes from early childhood.After buying his first Central Valley rental property in the 1990’s, Abraham recognized a dire need for professional property management services. He started Valleywide Property Management, and the rest is history.
Abraham has been the continual driving force behind keeping Valleywide Property Management a top name in the property management industry. Investors continually turn to Valleywide Property Management for the high level of service we provide, which is unparalleled by any of our competitors.Part of Abraham's passion for Valleywide Property Management includes making sure that the company stays on top of the latest technological advancements and compliant with standards from NARPM and CVAR.
When he’s not working, Abraham enjoys spending time with his wife Monica and their three children. He's fluent in Portuguese and enjoys a wide variety of recreational activities, including snowboarding, jet skiing and gardening.

Frank J. Madrigal
General Manger
As the longtime general manager of Valleywide Property Management, Frank is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in our company, a position he’s held for the last 16 years.
As the backbone of our company, Frank typically has a very busy day which includes overseeing the office team, and hiring new employees, to making sure that things continue to run smoothly at our clients’ rental properties across the Central Valley.
Originally from Southern California, Frank went to Long Beach State, and worked at Disneyland for a time, before moving to Northern California to our property management team.
On his rare day off, Frank enjoys following most watching sports, exercising, traveling, and hanging out with his family.

Yessenia Meschi
Maintenance Coordinator
As the maintenance coordinator for our company, Yessenia is also another key part of our property management team because she’s responsible for overseeing all maintenance, repairs, and coordinating with vendors.
Originally from the Bay Area, Yessenia is also the ‘face of the company’ because she can often be found working in our tenants’ homes daily.
With the goal of making a positive impact on the lives of our tenants, Yesenia certainly accomplishes that goal daily by providing quality repairs and excellent service.
When she’s not working, Yessenia enjoys an active family life and she’s also passionate about hiking, camping, and enjoying the beautiful natural resources that our state offers.

Carmen Cervantes
Marketing Coordinator
Carmen Cervantes is another valuable part of the Valleywide Property Management team and has been working as our front desk coordinator for the last 2 years. She came to us after working for over 15 years in the dental field, both as a dental assistant and service coordinator.She received her AA Degree from San Jose City College.
When she’s not working Carmen has many passions, including gardening and watching cooking shows.

Ronda Perez
Leasing Coordinator
As the leasing coordinator with our property management company, Ronda is the first face that people see when they come to apply for one of our rental properties.
Originally from Washington State & Livermore, Ronda takes pride in her work which includes working the front, answering phone calls, replying to emails, and providing excellent service to the customers she interacts with daily.
One of the things that she enjoys the most about working with the Valleywide Property Management team is telling people that they’ve been approved for the home that they wanted.
One her days off, Ronda enjoys some much-needed downtime which includes spending time with her kids, baking, and watching football with her family.
When she’s not working Carmen has many passions, including gardening and watching cooking shows.

Isabel Zambrana
Office Support
Originally from Tracy, California, Isabel is another valuable member of our office team because she’s highly skilled at office support while providing caring & compassionate service to our customers.
Working in our property management office keeps Isabel busy, and on any day of the week she can be found doing everything from speaking with tenants, to managing the day-to-day responsibilities that keep our office running smoothly.
A passionate football fan, Isabel enjoys company barbecues, watching sports, movies, music and walking her dog.

Daria McGuire
Maintenance Coordinator
Daria McGuire is the latest to join the Valleywide Property Management family. She’s born and raised in Modesto, CA, knows the area well and takes pride in doing her part to help families find homes in the Central Valley.
Her services include collecting fees, paying bills, taking calls from owners/tenants, and doing her part to part to ensure our owner clients are paid on time, and the accounting department runs smoothly.
What she likes best about working with Valleywide Property Management is our family atmosphere and how employees work hard to support each other.
When she’s not working, Daria enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out with her family, cheering on her Carolina Panthers, listening to music, and staying active.

Tim Benson
Maintenance Technician
Our lead maintenance technician, responsible for all things maintenance related, Timothy has been with the Valleywide Property Management team for the last seven years.
On a typical day of the week, he splits his time traveling among our rental properties in the Central Valley, fixing things, solving problems, and keeping our tenants happy.
Originally from Sacramento, Timothy has also lived abroad, in Germany for three years but he enjoys calling the Central Valley his home.
When he’s not working hard handling all maintenance related issues that our rental properties face, Timothy enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and watching football.

Canaan Benson
Maintenance Technician
Canaan has been a maintenance technician with our property management team for the last seven years, and his day-to-day responsibilities include everything from routine maintenance at our rental properties, to emergency maintenance.
Born and raised in Sacramento, Canaan went to high school at Manteca High School, and he takes pride in keeping our rental properties running smoothly for our tenants and owner clients.
On his days off, he enjoys spending time with his family and improving his skillset so that he can continue to fix most maintenance issues when he’s needed.

Monica Rego
Accounting Department
Monica has been with Valleywide Property Management family for over 8 years and serves our owner clients in the accounting department. She specializes in accounts receivable, payables and account balancing. Her long career in accounting includes a 10-year stint working with a major retailer.
During her free time, Monica enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.

Shanil Chandra
Accounting Coordinator
As the accounting coordinator for our property management company, Shanil is responsible for overseeing the entire accounting department, communicating with vendors, owners, and tenants.
Originally from Modesto, Shanil has a passion for working with numbers and that passion is what ensures the accuracy of our accounting but most importantly his work makes it possible for our owner clients to get paid on time.
With more than seven years of experience with our company, Shanil manages all his day-to-day responsibilities with ease while providing excellent service and support.
When he’s not working, he enjoys relaxing at home, watching movies, and hanging out with friends.

Jeremy Raglin
Marketing Coordinator
Jeremy Raglin is a online marketer and social media marketing specialist. He's been managing the marketing the blog and social media presence for Valleywide Property Management for the last 4 years.
On his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Josie Sedillo
Josie Sedillo is the newest member of our team; she’s been with us for almost 6 months and plays a key role in our company by handling our administrative support.
A San Joaquin Valley native, Josie spends most of her day on the phone interacting with our tenants along with solving problems and ensuring that our tenants need including repairs or requests are always addressed and handled being smoothly.
When she’s not at work Josie enjoys spending time with her son, watching her San Francisco 49ers and hanging out with her co-workers.

Sabrina Pina
At our company, we take pride in offering excellent customer service and Sabrina has been a part of our team for almost one year.
From interacting with tenants to hanging out with our team, Sabrina is a hardworking, dependable Stockton, CA native who helped our company grow as we continue to offer excellent value to our tenants and owner clients.
When she’s not in the office or spending time with the team looking for new food spots in the area, she enjoys watching soccer, football, and spending time with her family.

Ronda Perez
Another vital member of the team is Ronda Perez, she’s been a leasing coordinator with us for more than two years and is responsible for screening applications plus communicating with potential tenants.
A native of Washington State, Ronda enjoys helping new tenants get into homes, solving problems and providing excellent service to all our tenants.
Days can be busy in the office and when she’s not spending them with the team at our office, Ronda enjoys enjoying time with her husband and children plus time with co-workers when they have pizza together on Fridays.

Freddy Cejo
One of the newest members of the company is Fredy Cejo, he’s been with us now for several months and has been a valuable part of our maintenance team.
Freddy’s days are packed; when he’s not busy providing exceptional customer service for our clients either on the phone or in person, driving to our rental properties, making repairs and more.
A San Jose native, Freddy can always be depended on to leave for tenant visits at a moment’s notice and greet them with his cheerful, positive attitude.
When he’s not working hard for the team, Freddy enjoys hanging out with his family and watching his Raiders play on TV.

Maria Aguilar
Another of our new team members is Maria Aguilar, she’s been with us for months now and it’s like she’s always been on the team because as our accounting coordinator she’s responsible for a wide variety of tasks including paying vendor invoices, utility statements and ensuring that our owner/tenant clients are taken care of, and their needs are met.
A native of Atwater, CA, Maria went to San Joaquin Valley college and takes pride in offering excellent service daily.
When she’s not working hard, or spending time with the team, Maria enjoys baseball including the San Francisco Giants plus spending time with her family and identical twin.
